Meet the Owner
Hi! My name is Minsoo Jeon, and I’m the founder and principal of
Plot Holders LLC.
I’ve led more than 40 real estate deals, and I’m currently focusing on land development, mixed-use, and commercial projects.
I’m also attending Villanova Law (‘28) to become a real estate attorney. My goal is to combine hands-on investment experience with legal training to create meaningful value.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing basketball and golf (I’m not very good at either). I’m also an active member of Metro Church, a gospel-centered community in Philly.
